His academic experience includes working for several Universities and Colleges in the United States as an Adjunct Faculty including University of Fairfax, where in 2015 he served as the President/CAO and redesigned the programs offered by the school to better align them with industry needs and introduced new programs that lead to some of the most sought after industry certifications. The development of the mental model of the 21st Century IT leader is one of Dominic’s current projects. He believes one of the primary reasons for the never ending challenges businesses face with using IT as a business driver to gain competitive advantage and ensure ROI is the failure of IT academics and industry leadership to work together to craft the appropriate mental model that is needed to be effective in the IT leadership position and use that as the foundation for IT curriculum and Training development. Dominic’s current curriculum and training development programs are based on this model and he plans to make it available to others for IT curriculum and training development. Dominic is a founding member of 3QS and is very passionate about bringing valuable global assets and opportunities to Africa and is currently a board member in charge of strategic partnerships and academics. As part of these initiatives, Dominic has been very instrumental in 3QS and EC-Council Training and Consultancy partnership which led to 3QS being awarded EC-Council’s prestigious Best Newcomer ATC Award in 2016.
