Mr. Obare has over 10 years of experience in resource mobilization and Project Management and specifically on; Livelihoods and Microfinance development, climate change and resilience, conducting socio-economic surveys, baseline surveys (using both quantitative and qualitative methods), project evaluations, Feasibility studies, microfinance product development, microfinance training and institutional set- up/assessment/due diligence. So far he has conducted various studies and consultancy assignments in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Somaliland and Puntland as well managing various donor funded projects, among them TechnoServe, Heifer International, Ford Foundation and FAO among others. Additionally, I have developed proposals that were successfully funded while working with others as a team from, IKEA Foundation, Läkarmissionen, Swiss Re Foundation, and Allen &Overy Foundation among others.
